Michelle oversees our branch staff and branches, focused on their growth and success in business and community development and customer experience. She coaches, trains, and mentors her staff to continue to build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

History
Michelle started her banking career in 1998 as a part time teller. She joined Main Street Bank in 2007 working in the Pepperell, Lunenburg and Ayer Branches as the Relationship Manager and beginning her current role of Vice President Branch Administrator in January 2024. Michelle graduated from the Mass Bankers New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College in 2020.

She is a member of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce and Lunenburg Turkey Hill Family Lions Club.
