Jeff Tucker (He/Him)

Responsibility

Jeff is responsible for assessing and mitigating risk of all forms across the bank, in addition to the coordination of the executive team’s strategic planning process. His role is critical in balancing the growth and vision of the organization with it’s security and soundness. He oversees a team that handles all aspects of compliance and security.

History

Very familiar with the financial industry, Jeff has held several management positions in community banking since 1994, including retail banking, operations, technology, cybersecurity, and risk.

Jeff is a former board member of the Hudson Portuguese Club, Thrive Support & Advocacy, the West Suburban YMCA, and the Rotary Club of Newton, MA.
