I am not a customer of Main Street Bank, but I am a caregiver to a new customer. My patient is immobile and spends the majority of her days at home, unless I need to bring her to appointments. She does not have a computer but she needed an account opened. Ali in the Ayer branch was so kind and patient, and went above & beyond to help my client open this account.
