Commercial Loan Officer I ( Marlborough Main Office )

Under the direction of the SVP Commercial Lending / Business Development, the Commercial Lender will be responsible for achieving the desired commercial loan origination goals and deposit growth objectives as defined in the Bank’s Business Plan. Responsibilities include, the sourcing and development of prospect and potential clients consistent with the Business Plan and securing business banking service and product sales. Participating in business events and networking opportunities. Effectively working with key representatives from all areas of the company to send and accept referrals through joint Business Calls and Networking. Troubleshooting problems or issues with Branch Manager and/or clients as needed. This position works to ensure an efficient loan application, structuring, underwriting and loan closing as well as a user friendly deposit account opening and servicing process while complying with all relevant regulatory requirements. Create and maintain close relationships with all parties involved in commercial transactions and help facilitate sales through the structuring of creative and appealing loan products. Additionally, this position embraces the established sales and service culture while coaching other employees to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Part Time Teller ( Groton )

Under the general direction of the Teller Supervisor/Assistant Manager the Teller is responsible for a wide variety of customer service. This Teller’s positions talent and experience must blend with the MSB values to effectively provide superior customer service to the Bank’s customers and fellow employees. Duties include but not limited to: Providing a variety of customer savings, checking and loan payment transactions, as well as customer service such as the sale of Money Orders and Gift Cards in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures. Additionally, this position embraces the established sales and service culture while maximizing their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Facilities Assistant ( Marlborough Main Office )

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring all locations are properly prepared for employees and customers for the purpose of maintaining exceptional customer service, performing hands-on maintenance services as needed, as well as responsible for assisting with disaster recovery and emergency preparedness procedures. Additionally, it is expected that this position assist with projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole, acts as a resource for other team members in the Facilities Department and embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.

Loan Operations Coordinator I ( Marlborough Main Office )

As part of the loan servicing team, reporting to the Vice President of Loan Operations, the Loan Operations Coordinator I performs specialized Loan Servicing tasks and functions including mortgage servicing. Responsibilities include a wide variety of duties, but is not limited to: quality control of New loan setup for consumer loan portfolio and of scanned images, handling the day to day operational activities of all escrow activity to include real estate taxes, hazard and flood insurance and Private Mortgage Insurance for residential and commercial loan accounts; Monitoring of flood and hazard insurance for mortgage accounts. Performing clerical duties related to Payoff/Discharge and Lien Releases, while providing back up assistance in other functions within the loan operations department. Additionally, it is expected that this position assist with projects that affect the department and the bank as a whole, acts as a resource for other team members in the Loan Operations department and embrace the established sales and service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals.
