Responsibility
Allison manages the Ayer Branch, directing all work performed in branch including customer retention and business development, coaching staff to optimize opportunities to engage with customers, and deepening current banking relationships. She is dedicated to delivering a professional and engaging customer experience with a community bank feel.
Allison is a certified Accredited Banking Professional™ ready to consult with business leaders on ways to leverage Main Street Bank’s products and services for maximum benefits. This extraordinary service is just one way Allison delivers extreme value to customer relationships.
History
Allison has over 32 years of banking experience. She joined our bank in 1994 and opened the Pepperell Branch as the Assistant Manager. She has worked as the bank’s corporate trainer from 1997 until 2006 and during that time served as the Security Officer. Allison has also participated in several bank committees such as compliance committee, personal banking committee which was formed to develop corporate culture, & product and sales committee which was formed to education bank employees on product and services through fun meetings. She is certified as a LEAN Smart Banking Greenbelt – that means she’s super-efficient!
Membership
Allison is a member of the Ayer Harvard Shirley Devens Rotary Club, and is the acting Annual Scholarship Co-Chairperson. She also belongs to the Groton Business Association.
Fun Fact
Allison has worn many banking hats! She started in 1985 as a bank teller and customer service representative, and moved into finance department in 1986 until 1992.
