Responsibility
Ellen oversees the Marketing, Branch Administration, Deposit Operations and IT areas to ensure the integration of the bank’s mission and cultural philosophy. Her passion is in aligning cultures and engaging employees to deliver exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
History
Ellen has been with our bank since 2001 and in marketing for financial institutions since 1987.
Membership
Ellen is a Board Trustee for Marlborough Hospital and a member of the Marlborough Hospital Community Benefits Advisory Council. Additionally, she serves as a Board member of the 495/Metrowest Partnership and as a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Public Affairs & Marketing Committee.
Fun Fact
In her spare time, she enjoys competitive tennis, hiking, yoga and a newly discovered activity – pickleball! You have to try it, pickleball is so much fun!
