Tracy Bartucca

Responsibility

Tracy oversees all operational aspects of Main Street Bank’s Retail Lending originations, including new lending projects, compliance, retail lending technology, and ensuring efficiency for an optimal new borrower experience.

History

A graduate from UCONN, Tracy has been part of the Main Street Bank team since 1998, holding several roles and positions throughout that time. Her experience in various bank departments gives Tracy a well-rounded understanding of the services and solutions that bank customers want and need.

Membership

Tracy is actively involved in the community and has coordinated Main Street Bank’s annual holiday giving program with Thrive Support & Advocacy for several years. In addition, Tracy coordinates and participates in the UMass Cancer Walk, creating a volunteer team of Main Street Bank employees.

Fun Fact

Tracy is an avid reader, averaging about 2 books per month. She’s also a genetic unicorn, with red hair, freckles, blue eyes, and is left-handed – all recessive traits!
