I just wanted to take the time to compliment Dave Gentleman in your lending department on the unbelievable customer service I received while going through my house refinance. While we are all under the same trying times at the moment which would make any job more difficult, Dave was able to provide much needed guidance and was clear and concise on any questions I presented to him.
In most instances with customer service, you feel like a number. That was clearly not the case in this situation. Dave’s timely responses and professionalism through e-mail and being available to speak on the phone is something I haven’t received in a long time which was very refreshing. His overall upbeat demeanor and easy going personality made this financial transaction process a pleasure to deal with. It’s very apparent Dave takes his job personally and makes sure his customers are thoroughly informed.
He is truly an asset to Main Street Bank and I will no doubt be recommending Main Street Bank to anyone who needs financial help or guidance.
